Do you have an idea for a custom creation? Legendary weapons begins with a tale. Tell us about your creation in our Custom Quest Scroll and we will discuss it at our next design council meeting.
We typically hold these meetings once a week, though during the height of Faire season they may be held every couple of weeks.
What to Expect During the Custom Order Process
⚔️The Design Council
First, we review your idea during our design meeting. At this stage we determine whether the project is something we can take on, what materials and techniques it may require, and the overall scope of the build.
⚔️Your Quote Arrives
Once we’ve discussed the project, you will receive a missive with more information and price quote for your custom piece.
⚔️The Stat Sheet
If you decide to move forward, we’ll create a custom Stat Sheet containing your design details, specs, and project notes for approval. Once approved, your build officially joins the queue.
⚔️ Into the Workshop Queue
Custom projects take several months to complete. Timing varies depending on our current production schedule and the complexity of the piece. See more about this below
⚔️ The Final Reveal
When your project is complete, we’ll contact you with preview photos and an invoice for payment. We do not collect payment until your custom piece is finished and ready for its journey to your castle.

⚔️Our team delights in bringing your unique designs to life. Every custom project is a labor of love, carefully woven into our production schedule, which also includes preparations for our Shows which are sometimes a bit of a grand and busy endeavor!
⚔️Over the years, we’ve come to realize that crafting custom pieces can be a bit like an adventurous journey, as unexpected twists and turns are often part of the process. Whether it's a surge in production, staffing changes, or even little surprises during the build like when wood, that noble, organic material, might reveal a crack just as a piece is nearing completion. These things can cause a delay. But such is the nature of working with wood, and sometimes, we have to go back to the drawing board to ensure the best possible result.
