Whether your order is already forged and ready to ship or is being crafted especially for you, we've gathered everything you need to know below.
Our production timelines may vary and will be updated throughout the year depending on our Faire schedule , but you can be certain the workshop is humming away as we prepare your order.

⚔️Production Timelines
Ready to Ship
- These items are already forged, and awaiting their first adventure.
- Please allow 3–6 business days for our parcel dispatch to process and ship your order
Made to Order
- If your item is not listed in our Ready to Ship collection, it will be crafted especially for you.
- Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before shipment in addition to the Courier Timelines. We think you will find it worth the wait!!!
Combined Orders
- If your order contains both Ready to Ship and Made to Order items, your parcel will ship once all items are completed.
- If you need your Ready to Ship items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.
⚔️ Courier Timelines
- All orders ship from the United States via UPS.
- Delivery times vary depending on your location.
- Once your parcel has been entrusted to the courier, transit times are unfortunately beyond our control. While most deliveries arrive without issue, delays caused by weather, courier disruptions, holidays, or other shipping-related circumstances are not the responsibility of Hollow Earth Swordworks.
⚔️ Expedite My Quest!
- Need your sword, shield, or gear sooner than our standard timeline? Contact us at hollowearthservice@gmail.com and let us know your deadline. We are always honored to be part of special celebrations, and we'll do everything we can to help meet your timeline.
- Expedited shipping options via UPS may be available depending on your location and order requirements.
⚔️ Tracking Your Treasure
- When your order ships, you'll receive an email missive from our shipping service, Pirate Ship, containing your tracking information.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your parcel enters the courier's system.
⚔️ Castle Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Even the bravest courier can become lost if the castle gates are marked incorrectly.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- The customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
- We cannot replace or refund orders lost due to address errors provided at checkout.
⚔️ Cancel, Combine, or Edit an Order
Need to make a change?
We can typically cancel, combine, or edit orders within 24 hours of purchase.
Contact us at hollowearthservice@gmail.com as soon as possible, with your order number(s) and we'll do our best to assist before your order enters production.
