⚔️ Damage & Order Issues

If your item arrives damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at hollowearthservice@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and a brief description of what happened.

We'll review the situation and do everything possible to make it right.

⚔️ Return Eligibilty

  • Please contact us at hollowearthservice@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order with a brief description of the issue you are experiencing to see if you qualify for a refund.
  • Approved returns must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and carefully packaged for safe return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original method of payment.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Items returned in worn, damaged, altered, or otherwise unsellable condition may not qualify for a refund or exchange, and we are not responsible for the cost of shipping it back to you.
