- Head Length: 8-9 in
- Head Width*: 4 in

THE WOOD:
* Hickory is the steal of the wood world, we use Hickory as the base for most of our pieces. It has the ability to take impact, flex and is incredibly resilient. It has a nice light even grain pattern with some more unique grains swirls that can occur. The heartwood of Hickory is a more rich reddish brown with a dark brown striated sometimes swirled grain pattern.
THE CARE :
*Please Note, your weapon may have a tacky feeling which is attributed to our natural beeswax salve. Each weapon is treated with a special all natural, non-toxic, sword salve that is handcrafted in our shop. This protects them, keeps the wood from becoming brittle, and prolongs the life of your weapon. Upon receiving your weapon, it is a good idea to use a soft cloth to buff the wax into the wood.
